Hi Oracles

I am not a window fitter, i can see that this is a Maco Tilt and Turn window and has been in place since maybe 2016/17.

I had a builder do some work on my flat roof recently and, a couple of times, he put the handle into a position between 9pm (Tilt) and 12 (Open) trying to open the door before proceeding out once realising its 12 (Open) he needed.

Since then, the window/door has been 'bumping' on the top left corner and appears to have dropped as the gap between window and frame on the left side is wider.

When closeing the window/door, i have to support the door back and up slightly to aide it to close without thumping/bumping on the right hand side.

I suspect something has moved or loosened but am hoping its something i can adjust or remediate but, i cannot work out the logic to spot what is wrong - there seems a lot of play on the movement but, i recall there was previously too when it wasnt a problem.

Any help or guidance welome.

Thank you

Vid clips of the play
