Microsoft lists it as Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid and Paris.It's a actually Berlin time.
The instructions state that it is both MSF and DCF compatible, so I presume it may discern based on signal strength.There might be a way to alter the tuning from the DCF time signal to the MSF time signal.
