Am i the only one,


The longer i sleep the more i feel like sh#t in the morning.
If i went to bed say at 11 the next day i feel fooked, but if i went to bed at 2 and get up at 7 i feel fine :confused:

give it time, seems the older you get, the less sleep you need ;)
 
Could be worse. If I go to bed at 10 and get up at 6 I feel s**t. If I go to bed at 12 and get up at 6 I feel s**t If I go to bed at 2 and get up at 6 I feel s**t. Even on the very rare occasions I have a lie in until say 9, I feel s**t. I've come to the conclusion I'm not a morning person. Getting up at 7 is not an option unfortunately, the kids timers do not recognise this time.

Reset the kid's timers to BST. It's under Options, between Teething Problems and Playstation
