The perception of time speeding up as you get older is because of how we experience life through memories. As your brain stores memories you get more and more memories and it gets compressed so to speak. When you are young your memories are few, so they take up a bigger percentage of occupied memory, as you age it is much smaller. Hence it appears to speed up. Gravitational time dilation means the closer you are to the source of a gravitational mass the slower time passes. But this is observed time. So yes your feet age faster (relative to time) as time passes more slowly for them.

Me mom and dad and give them both a stiff talking to and both me grandads and have a chat with them both as an adult and see if I can get the one grandad talking about his experiences in the war (WWII).
