I must say that I am amazed at the genuine advice you Plumbers/Heating engineers give to us laypeople.

I am sure I speak for the majority of the site users in saying that it creates real goodwill toward your profession to know that there are some decent guys out there willing to give free + often significant cost saving tips to us. MAGIC!
