Toilet bowl with side waste pipe

if you can get a better pic of the waste pipe connected to the pan then we can see what sort it is.

if its leaking at the joint to the pan or is the pipe damaged.
useally joints that are going down don't useally leak.
not like a horizontal pipe can leak on a joint.

the camera has packed in now... I've tried to make the picture lighter, to show the waste pipe. It is leaking at the middle bit, where the ceramic pipe meets the other pipe on the right.

Hi All,
Not a plumber & this sounds a little off centre But it looks like the top of the pan & the base with the outlet are 2 pieces. So the outlet pipe could be put at any position & the the top put on with putty or the like.
