would think the motors duff chris can prob do you a motor if you know how to fit it
i would be looking at replacing it
do you realise your posting off topic (the big bad moderator will get you)

have you checked the fuse in the fused spur (or the plug) which powers the timer. Turn off the electricity at the consumer unit first so you don't kill yourself
