Toilet WC Connector Inc Pipe Boss

hi guys need yours opinion .

is this a good idea to fit one of this wc pan connector ?
i need to take out a waste pipe for bath . this look easy but worried about bad odour creep out of my bath

would i get any bad soil smell coming in the bathroom through my sink or bath pipe ?

No smells with this, as long as everything in the bathroom has its own trap fitted.

Your main problem might be trying to make the bath water run uphill!

You might need to buy one of those long flexible pan connectors to reach that far
