Hi, Does anyone know what to do when the car is seized and impounded when it does have insurance, tax, MOT, driving license. The driver refused a breathalyser but I can't find out if the police were entitled to take the car. It's now been crushed but it's my car and I wasn't the driver. Thanks. Sian.
