Ethically I think torrent users are morally wrong.
I am not a believer in the trotted out cliches about how people , would not have bought the film anyway (Then why want to watch it) or that noone suffers financially (So why is there a legal issue?) Or that the film companies are loaded (so why are they going bust and why did Choices go bust).
Knowing someone is a torrent user lowers my opinion of them.
You can be sure that somewhere someone must be financially gaining from torrents and it will usually be mafia gangs creating fake DVDs to bankroll organised crime.
These hypocrites, not all, won't listen on here, because they pay car insurance, they think it's fine to steal other people's work/money.
Lot's of people call me on here for being frank about my lifestyle, no car insurance(in the past) having the social over for a few quid, been to prison,(dishonesty), yet they are doing it themselves!!! As all above posters declare.
