towel rail

A friend wants to put towel rail in bathroom.
Being the highest part of system, i believe it will gather air. Is there a way to overcome that problem? I don't think i can fit an AAV in the towel rail.........or is it possible??? Thank u.

The amount of air shouldn't be any worse than any of the other radiators on the system.

Excessive air in a system is really a symptom of other problems which may need to be addressed.
