We have numerous living locally, some on an official camp about a mile away, others own houses here.. ....who actually owns which house is anyones guess as one week they are here, then gone and then a different one arrives for a while. Many have new Shoguns and caravans, no idea where they get the money from (I could have a guess), after all there are only so many people who will employ them for the usual tree surgery and facia replacement.
The local landlord used to allow them in of an evening, his other trade suffered as a result due to the arguments etc (amongst them selves). now they are barred due to several nights of fighting in the pub...........the pubs sales of Budweiser have fallen drastically.
Personally never had a problem with them, but there's a saying about not sh*****g on your own doorstep isn't there??!!

It makes me smile how people judge others by their own standards yet i bet they have never done anything dishonest in their lives

But isn't that a small percentage when the traveller's sticking two fingers to everything in life?

the thing is, it's judging all by the actions of some.
There is also the human nature aspect that comes into it, in that if you are always being accused of something you hadn't done then you eventually think what the hell i'm being accused of it so i might aswell.

Biggest load of old claptrap you have wrote for a while now, while i can see the point you are making in these peoples points you couldnt have missed your mark by a wider margin.

For a few hundred years these people made their way by trading horses and goods, some they made. The motorcar and plastic finished that for them but they failed to change, so those who didnt turned to ripping off the welfare state of two countries and theiving, Alcahol abuse had always been a problem for them
