If you know the manufacturer of windows then contact them and ask. I looked at this myself some years ago.
Manufacturers stamp is on the frames somewhere.
It's more common to fit secondary system to prevent noise which is what I done.
On paper to answer I think you can however. It's the weight of the glass and if the frames can take it.
Also the cost of glasse is high and you have to factor in breaking a unit while fitting.
