Troubleshooting broken connections on 3 gang light switch

IMO, what you propose re Wagos (even if I could understand what you are trying to do) would be more hazardous than using those nice insulated probes on thd multimeter!
Mains is 230 volts or more. Turn the range dial to 600, not 200.
Measure between N and L and N and T on your fan both with thd light on and off.
Report back.
Or get an electrician.

I managed to replace the extractor fan with a manrose 100t and it worked. Thanks for the help, learned a lot !
