So recentyl we have moved in to new (to us) 1970 bungalow. Because its TrustSteel mk2 framed bunaglow there is no insulation under the floor boards and cavity insulation. All the walls inside house are made from Phantom Panels (plasterboard/cardboard honeycomb/Plasterboard). We going to refurb room by room and looking to insulate floor and add insulation on to outside walls( inside the house). Loft already has 200mm insulation.

What type o materials would you recommend to use under the floor and on walls ???
Are there any Building Reg. that i need to fallow ????

My plan for floor is to use :
Pro Clima Solitex Plus membrane under whole floor plus roof battens to support the insulation from underneath
Either 100mm of rockwoll or 100MM PIR insulation boards
Breathable roof membrane on top
22mm floor boards

Plan for outside walls(from inside) :
Breathable Membrane
wooden frame to support radiator and plasterboard/plywood.
depending on space either 100-150mm cavity insulation
15mm plywood on top
plasterboard
