I will say it again, why should anyone of any nationality including Brits of ANY Colour start jumping the queue be it at the passport queue entering our shores or ports or the whole immigration process and policy, when entering to the UK. What gives them the right over anyone else to avoid policy process and order

Generally, a safe third country is one that:

On the basis of the condition highlighted, all refugees claims can be dismissed.
It is not possible to travel to UK, except by travelling through a third country, unless you stow aboard a ship or a plane. And we know what happens to people who try to stow aboard planes.
The Carriers Act places the onus on ships and plane operators to ensure travellers have the correct visas, etc to board the transport.
Therefore the only way to claim asylum in UK is to arrive. The only way to arrive for refugees is to cross the channel.

There is no other way for refugees to arrive to claim asylum.

I'm not sure what you want me to answer.

Festive tried to claim they were "queue jumpers" ....what queue have they jumped? If they land and are caught they get processed as asylum seekers

If they don't get caught, they are illegal immigrants until such time they do get caught.


I notice you avoid answering the key question: "if Turkey, France, Germany etc have taken many more thousands than the UK, why aren't we doing our bit and taking more"?

The only argument you have is: we don't want them here".....which doesn't solve the problem.


If you want an adult discussion then let's hear your ideas on how we solve this crisis.
