Trying to get rid of unwanted saw

Was chatting to the woman on the returns desk at my local BnQ a while back - she said that she'd once had a tin of paint returned.... she was suspicious so opened it. Found it was full of Spaghetti.
So was that a faulty goods return then :D

Hi
If you return your saw and say there was an electrical fault - make something up like it kept cutting out then they have to refund you in full

if you still have your receipt then great but if you dont then this is the exuse you need to get a full refund otherwise they will give you a credit note. hope this helps if you may have not already taken it back
