I haven't enough time to unarm the system
At each time the alarm starts
I would like to delay, how can I have more time to enter my passcode?

Finding the manual took about 4 seconds using Google. Ok, maybe 3.

Setting the timeout is covered on page 7. The engineer code might be the default (1234), though it might have been changed.
