Johns not sure what an Unconscious bias is. no point me asking him.

Unconscious bias - can anyone explain it to me? Except JohnD, I won't like him using an example of my unconscious bias, so I'll deride his opinion.

Because I mentioned a name that happened to be a muslim name; John insinuated that I had an Unconscious bias. that would be wrong. I was very conscious.
