Underfloorheating & rads together, help needed please pa

but don't want the rads and the ufh sharing the same water. Anyone know what valves I would need to run the rads at the same time as the ufh, but not on the same water system?

Been told that otherwise sludge from the rads can clog the ufh

na if the system is flushed properly and inhibited you will be fine

Out of interest, is it possible to run them separate?
I'm going to be renting the flat out so want it as low maintenance as possible

not unless you install two seperate systems and boilers

then check the inhibitor level yearly
