Yes also it's a mix of different aggregate sizes and a filler. If extra water is needed in the design as the strength is set they add more cement.
This does come at an extra cost ~£150/m³ for an foundation mix from lafarge. So not cheap!
Over 30m I had a drop of 20mm and did not touch it.

That is very expensive, but if you're paying labourers then it might turn out to be cheaper.

Sorry it was £126 /m inc for full 6m load @ 9 radial miles (they can only carry 6 in a 7 due to its viscosity), same for gen1 200mm slump would be £80inc.
That was for 12m of concrete.
But the best thing is

Not bad at all. Those prices are pretty reasonable. I think cemex do SCC so might pop them a call.
Did you finish it or leave it as is once the pour was complete ?
