upgrading from bticino door entry system to a bell model 801

can anyone help me

we have a door entry system, someone at the front door presses the buzzer, we can pick up the handset and talk, if we like them we can press the button and let them in, recently the audio hasn't been working, we cant hear them and they cant hear us,

we thought the handset may have been broken so we purchased a new handset, couldn't find the old brand handset so we purchased a different brand, the old one was a bticino and the new one was a bell model 801.

I am stuck with the wiring, the old handset only had 2 wires and the new one has space for 5 wires, anybody got any ideas where I put the 2 wires.

Sorry to say but your bougth wrong handset. Your need 2-wire handset Bticino 344202.
I also advice to check door station and bus cable for faults as handset may not be the reason.

thanks for you reply serg, ill put the old handset back on and check the door station and bus cable, if it still doesn't work ill purchase the Bticino 344202
