uPVC door hinge advice please

I've got the HZ adjustment sorted, having moved the door across to the lock side a few mm so the latch is catching and the gap between the frame and seal is solved.

Does anyone how to adjust this type of hinge for height and also bring the door closer to the frame on the hinge side?

Job done. I've now got got the door square in the frame.

Its not going to help with thermal insulation be its an external door on a conservatory with a polycarbonate roof although I may look to get the roof changed to an insulated tiled roof.
