UPVC Patio Door Handle

Hi all

My upvc patio door handle is not working properly (it doesn’t ‘spring’ and makes a crunch noise) when moving the handle to open/close. The lock works fine, however, i’m keen to fix it properly.

I have attached an in image of the spring component. Does anyone have any advice on where I could find a replacement part (assuming this is the what needs to be fixed) as I have not been able to find one online. Any other advice or suggestions what could be broken would be welcomed and appreciated. The door is 3 years old.

Thanks - I have added some additional pictures. I think it may be the actual handle rather than the springs.

I took the handle off and it still made the noise and wasn’t working properly - looks like it is the handle that needs replaced.
