UPVC window not sealed

The window hasn’t been caulked under the external window seal either. I am thinking to ask for a photo after they are done on Friday. Do you think they will mind?

I don't think they would mind, you could just ask them up front to do it. Here's a uPVC installation video (timestamped) which recommends sealing under the external window sill -
