Using CLS timber for shed

Provided you get your breathable membrane on straight after your plywood then it'll be fine, a proper membrane will provide good weather protection for several months until the rainscreen is added.

I can get the membrane on straight away but wont it be flapping around in the wind? Even if I tack it down, it gets very windy down that side passage and I wonder if it will just rip off.
 
Well houses all around the world are built like that and left in the wind so why should yours be any different, you need to fix it on. Use an adequate amount of fixings:
