not much of an argument then as its no more than a spurious comment thrown in with no actual information or facts to back it up
what you are possibly saying is lets give up as it may be too much trouble to bother about them
i really do hope your not giving up on the impoverished kids from other areas an continents as well as our own

Many African countries can't feed themselves. Not because there is insufficient fertile land (eg. Zimbabwe), it's because many African nations are either chaotic or permanently warring. Or both.

The problem with immunising unsustainably large families, is that these countries will then have the problem of large population growth.

Anyway, the Chinese are going into Africa in a big way to get resources for their industry, offering roads and schools in return. Let them shoulder some more of the costs involved.

Sad but true. Vaccination is a cheap and effective way of saving many lives but, if they don't do something about their birth rate, it will only increase the death rate from starvation or war.

Spend a few million on condoms and sex education. This is what 3rd world families need.

Quite right. Is anybody listening in the Vatican? It won't be easy though. We can't even get half decent sex education here in the UK.
