Vaillant boiler - hot water for all sinks, Luke warm in bath

"control panels", we decided we didn't want taps with the new bathroom. But this lack of hot water problem started before the refit, so in theory nothing to do with the fixtures or pipe work within the bathroom should be a problem..... In theory.

Did you find isolating valves to the bath/shower control?
No, I wouldn't know where to start looking. I'm going to ask the plumber who refitted the bathroom if he knows where they are tomorrow. I'm praying that's the answer...... Well as long as it doesn't involve lifting the new floor up! :)

I'm not suggesting they are the answer.
It would be useful if you could turn cold off to confirm you can actually get hot water at the tap.

turn off the cold supply to the boiler then if you have any water coming out of any hot tap you have a non return valve passing somewhere.
