Vaillant Ecotec 824e F.28 fault

Hi all just a quick update.
Had bg round today luckily the guy that came i know from school days he replaced the board, now all is working perfect. B4 it would cone on random firing up norm every 20 - 30mins wasting gas since new board is on only fires up when hot water is called for. New part he said cost price was 120 fitting 30. Looked at this part on some sites came up as alot more. Glad its sorted. Just like to thank and appreciate everyones feedback

The warmstart was turned on ur old pcb lol ! Not a fault normal operation ! Still don't trust that diagnosis cash !

I bet the Warmstart feature is put back on again by Winter!!!

24Kw Combi will struggle to get a very cold inlet water temperature up, the warmstart givs it a miniscule amount of help!!
