Valiant Ecotec Plus 637 & VR65 & Next 3rd Gen - Wiring

I would be extremely grateful if someone could help me figure out how to wire up a Nest 3rd Gen thermostat with my current setup which consists of:

Valiant Ecotec Plus 637 system boiler
MegaFlo water tank
Valiant VR65 control module (I assume this will be redundant)
Valiant VRT360f wireless thermostat (I assume this will be redundant)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I can take pictures of my existing wiring if this helps.

Take a pic of your zone valves and the inside of your wiring centre and we'll go from there
