There are cast iron radiators which will have debris occur even on a clean system. The radiators are 50 years old

My preference is the opposite, an installation will have one max flow rate for the design so a look along flow rate axis I’ll show available residual head.

Vaillant do give the head loss through at least some of their heat only boilers, the "4's".

Do you know where the circ pump is located on their system boilers, ie pumping from the boiler flow? and also where the internal by pass is actually by passing from and to?.
