Veritas 8c Compact

We had a power cut... Was working perfectly fine till then... Since the power cut have had the beeping and zones 7&8 lights on when trying to set alarm... I'm sure I can try find an installation manual on web?

Get a staple or piece of wire, screw it into the zone terminals.

each zone has two terminals, short zone 7 with a wire in both terminals and another for zone 8

zone 2 is probably active as it’s pir near keypad and zones 7 and 8 because panel is looking at all zones and nothings in 7 and 8.

hence they must have previously been programmed off.

With system Unset if 1234 prog doesn’t work then engineers code is locked and it. Ant be reprogrammed
 
Huge thanks guys you have just save me best part of £100 call out charge! I'll have to do a walk test but the alarm did arm once I went through the steps! I'll make a donation to a charity of your choosing
 
If you use part sets before they will be defaulted so zone 678 don’t work off top of my head should be able to work it out
 
you need to check your programming versus how you use the alarm as the program will be at factory defaults
