Really? To be totally honest, never seen any about that on this forum about too high a flow, certainly ones about slow fill/low pressure, maybe others forums?
A washing machine is usually very well regulated as far as flow is concerned - all controlled by the solenoid and pressure reducers and the size of the holes in the drawer. Some even have a bypass whereby not all the water enters the detergent drawer, it has a wide weir along the side or back that allows excess water to bypass the drawer all together, mine does that, it's called an active fill, seems to fill in half the time than our older machine did.
