Very draughty french doors

The rest of the mullion cap is fine it’s that little flapp bit on the the outside that snaps and cracks (this is the 2nd one in year - the first one was done under warranty but missed how it got replaced just come home to loads of plastics shavings over the floor :D

They do snap but only when they catch on something, if the doors are working right there should be no problems.
To get off... well a very fine paint scraper gently tapped in may work, or a blade. They are tricky to get off in one piece if you aren't extra careful

Dynamite would cure your issues with the doors!

Hello and thank you everyone for the messages so far! I was completely lost with what was wrong with the door.

I tried to remove the one at the bottom to see how it looks but no chance. Does anyone know what model it could be?

Sorry I can't tell from the pictures... Crank might be able to though, he's seen most profiles

That looks like old Anglian profile, if you look along the bottom of the glass units, within the glass you should see 2 black pips, that'll confirm it's Anglian

Hello @crank39, no pip within the glass that I could see.

I've order something but it doesn't seem to be the right one. I have better pictures.

Thank you for your help

Unless you/we can identify the exact profile then no other end cap from another system will fit, they're all profile specific. You'll probably be better fashioning something out of 1mm white plastic shim and superglueing in onto the remaining upstand
