Viessmann boiler controls

i have a viessmann 200 and was wondering how to change the code for the weather comp slope as the house struggles to heat up , or can I disconnect the outdoor sensor. will it just run of the indoor controls or do I need to change any settings. I am currently getting 35 degrees flow at 9 outside temp
