Visonic Powermaster 30 Line 21 and 22 IP channels

Hello to all. I need help with a technical issue related to the IP channels.
My Powermaster 30 unit has the IP and GSM modules. The system is linked to an Orange livebox with high speed fiber connection .

I have to change the IP channels as from July 1st only IP connection will be accepted by my monitoring station. I also have the Visonic Go App which is working fine using 052.058.105.181 . My monitoring station gave me the IP 185.19.163.65 . I cannot put this IP number as it is as the unit automatically adds a yero to the two digits numbers. I have tried a PING on 185.019.163.065 and it does not work while a PING with the IP number provided by the station does work. I added a Port forward in my Livebox and DHCP is activated. Finally I have tried using the programmer cable but again, the software will add a zero in front of the two digits ... Any thoughts anyone...

I tried contacting Viosonic with no success and the rep I bought the unit from is no longer active.

Hello Lums and thanks for your reply. How do you set this ( all*all ) for IP2. Line 21 and 22 are non selectable. Nothing under Broadband ( number 7) ? I might be missing something there.

Sorry but I still need help with this IP issue. Apparently Line 21 and Line 22 are programmed to have an IP number with a series of three digits and will fill in a zero if an IP address has two numbers like IP 185.19.163.65. By adding the zero the IP number does not work. Any thoughts would greatly help. Thanks.
