I have a VitrA Vcare wash toilet which after a few years has developed a leak at the water inlet connector. The connector is plàstic/nylon and the thread has stripped so I guess I need a replacement connector.

The retailer where I purchased has closed down and I'm struggling to find anywhere that sells replacement parts apart from very basic screws and things.

Anyone know where I could obtain spares? It seems that I have a very expensive bidet toilet which can't be used because it requires a. small replacement part.

The makers should be able to direct you to current sellers but any half decent plumber should be able to help I'd expect.

Pictures of the parts and which thread is damaged and where may help identify if a generic part could be repurposed. Have a ruler on show with the part for size estimation purposes.

I have the same issue, did you manage to get it fixed?
The OP never came back to tell us in the thread... @whistler any news?

In the meantime I'd suggest you may be able to supply
