I'd decided that I'd give the installer a call tomorrow to take a look, I've had a look at the instructions and stuff did a few things.
Anyway I've found I don't actually have a log book from the installation and the button on the front to set it to HW or OFF or HW/CH doesn't actually do anything, i can not turn the damn thing off from the unit.
Now i'm uncertain if I should call this guy at all, I'd really like someone who is familiar with the unit as I've lost confidence with the guy that installed it.
contact the installer for him to check it is not installer related problem,if no joy then contact manufacturer but you will need the installers details no benchmark means you could be charged if it is installer related problem
