if there is an electoral problem its fewer and fewer people bothering to vote, and politicians deciding that those who don't vote don't count. I know of torey activists who signed up demented patients in care homes with proxy forms. Nothing was done even though the police were aware. That's corruption.

The problem of voter fraud is in relation to postal votes.
Sinn Fein had voter fraud down to a fine art.
They were harvesting postal votes from disabled and dementia sufferers in old folks homes.
They used these votes to steal elections.
Postal voting should be banned.

"Fifteen people including former Conservative MP Craig Williams have been charged with betting offences by the Gambling Commission.
The investigation was launched last year following bets placed on the timing of the 2024 general election.
The commission said the investigation focused on individuals "suspected of using confidential information - specifically advance knowledge of the proposed election date - to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets".
Tally that with only one case of 'postal voting fraud' in 2024 awating prosecution advice, and none for impersonation...
This exercise of ID voting is nothing other than voter disenfranchisement because it affects the poor and young disproportionately!
And it has been proven time and time again that the 'problem' in any meaningful numbers simply doesn't exist!
