Warranty Direct!

The only merits I can see, if you were selling, and the punter wanted a warranty. Just add £300 and everyone's happy.

Will they cover main dealer hourly rates, after all most of them are VAT registered? Around about 80 to 100 Euro an hour at present, they were heading for 120 an hour, before the bubble burst.

Whatever you decide to do, good luck with the Galaxy....you don't say how old it is but the only problems I have come across has been with the air conditioning and at one time a pesky heater for the back - which was a diesel burning thing just forward of the offside rear wheel.
A well thought out vehicle....the latest ones are better than the Sharan and Alhambra in my opinion.
John :)

Problems I have had/still have are--
1, wiring loom in door boot cracking.
2, injector from heater under car.( disconnected at present).
3, AC not working since a part dropped off at garage.
4, switch under brake for cruise control always breaking down.
5, misty windows , due to pollen filter.
6, drinks like a thirsty camel.
7, constantly blowing the odd lamp.
8, radio stopped working but tape/CD player fine.
9, back windows dont work.
10, alarm goes off at random ttimes, I have to double lock all time now.

Apart from them its a great drive still , but high maintenance, hence my thinking bout warranty.

Does it pay??

Not for an auto box it won't, mate.....if it did, every auto owner in the country would take the warranty!
