Washer Dryer Burning Clothes

Hey all, My Siters got a Hoover Saver 1600 Washer Dryer.

But recently when drying its leaving burn marks on her clothes.

Is this a common fault on dryers?

Was wandering if its usualy something simple?

Do any of you know where to download service manuals for these appliances?
