I'm looking to buy one of those water accumulator and would like to see if you can give me your advice please.

I have a 2 bed house , my bathroom is on the 2nd floor and we have combi boiler.
The combi boiler is on the ground floor and has gauge on it showing 1.5 bar.
The water pressure inst very good and any time you use the kitchen tap it cut off the water supply for the rest of the house.
Not sure which size should I buy 80 litres or 100 litres.
