Water collecting on new flat roof felt

Ive attached a few more pictures but wasn't sure what to focus on

Looks like my guttering is leaking this morning?

Felt wise I wouldn't waste any sleep over it. all the laps show a bead of bitumen which is correct.
The hopper carrying the water from the main roof is leaking at the offset bend which will make things look worse than they are.

But i don't see any flashing from the brickwork ???

Those seams look a bit dubious in the first pic but could just be the photo.

Thanks @opps -im also a master detective online - maybe we can go into business? I think there is high demand for people who can uncover secrets. In my defence, I didn't post anything that would make the OP identifiable but yeah, I effed up by posting info about a site member. I have since deleted my post.
