water coming up from tile floor

I live in florida in a condo on the 3rd floor of a 3 story walk up.. I've noticed moisture coming up through my tile floor about 2 feet from the bilfold doors to my washing machine and a/c unit.. there is no water at the very front of either unit and no water inside where these units are... any suggestions?

None other than the obvious ,you have a leak on your internal pipework . Try not using the aircon or the washing washing for a few days and see if it dries up .That will tell you its on the waste part of your pipework .
If it stays wet that will tell you its probably on either your hot or cold feed.

But in mean time if its coming up into yours it maybe going down below into your neighbours so insurance claim could be looming
