If you can get the old seal off (maybe with multi-tool or something similar) and depending on the resultant gap between door underside and threshold, you could maybe fit something like this in the interim i.e. until you replace the entire door:

Thanks for that! I didn’t know these were available and since it will be weeks before we get a new door, in the meantime, I’ll either buy one or make one to fit.
