Hi,
As seen in the photo below, this tee valve below my CH expansion vessel is weeping on the supply side. It is currently weeping at a rate of 1 drop every 3-5 minutes, after I tightened the 22mm nut by 360 degrees. using some force (the rate was I believe somewhat higher before). I moved into this house in Dec 23. I was not aware of any issues until I refilled the CH system this morning and noticed a wet patch below the vessel. Any ideas or suggestions on how to proceed? I'm a reasonably competent DIYer but I'm reluctant to do anything that will jeopardise my CH in January! Happy to call a pro over if need be, or to delay until May when CH not needed for the near future. (I've placed a container below the vessel to catch the water drops)
