Actually I like that idea as all 3 UFH manifolds have a return electrical feed which powers the boiler ( there is no main circulation pipe just a pump for each circuit ), thus the pipe stat can be put in series and the water heating circuit can rely on the boiler stat.
Talking to Warmflow again they say that the return feed is fed into the secondry stainless steel circuit which should raise the water temperature to about 40 degrees or so before entering the main heating circuit, sounds good in theory.
These HE boilers are so good, you can put your hand over the exhaust and the air is only moderately warm, it certainly is extracting every ounce of heat it can.
