Your stove looks like its a Villager Chelsea Flat Top, steel body with cast iron doors .
On early villager stoves the studs were part of the door casting and the glass was retained with spring clips pushed onto them but later ones were threaded into the cast.
Try testing the sealing of the doors by getting a long 1 inch strip of paper and then close the door on it to see if it holds it firmly. Do this all the way round where seals contact the body.....
