Wetroom / Bathroom Extract Fan

I am having my bathroom changed into a wetroom, all floor and walls will be tiled, etc. The wetroom will be 1.8m sq.

I am trying to find a flush extractor fan, with humistat and in sliver, that will be suitable, most I have found say Zone 3, but how does the zone work if it is all a wetroom?

Do I need one?

The fan that is there at the moment, works fine, but will look out of place, I was planning on just swapping for one of the colour I want.

I was told I do not need one as it is now a new fan.

For some reason I assumed the electrical work would be extensive.

Is the shower outlet fixed?

Zone 3 no longer exists.

Thank you, sorry I should have said replacing existing unit.

Just wanted something that looks the part, as these things can look awful.

The shower head is fixed dropping from the ceiling, only shower and wall hung sink in the wet room, the loo is separate.

Zones 0 and 1 are bounded by a curve 1.2m from the shower outlet.

You can buy the modules you need (eg timer/humidistat) and there is a satin silver fascia option too.
