The wet room is tiled on all sides so no enclosure.
The issue seems to be that the grout hasn't been maintained and water has made its way through and undercut the tiles.
I don't trust the workmanship on most of the rest, the grout between floor and walls for example, but that's quite a way from the problem tiles.
